Lontar Cor contains a mantra for the Cor oath ceremony, locally known as Sumpah Cor. The ceremony is usually undertook as a last resort in an unresolved, bitter dispute. The details of the ceremony differs a bit from place to place, but usually involves the claimant and the accused drinking a pouring of water infused with the oath and mantra that both party would declare in the presence of a local priest. Any party who broke the terms of their oath would subsequently be cursed for several generations should this ceremony is completed.
